We value your business.
Therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.
However, we can’t resell used products.
If your soap, beard balm, or shave soap/brush has been used, we’ll refund your product cost, but not the shipping. We’d prefer to replace your soap with another, at no cost, but you can let us know what you’d prefer.
To complete a return of an unused product, send us a picture with the form here.
Refunds
Once we receive the form and pic of the item, we’ll refund the purchase price.
Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. With soap, that means it was probably damaged during shipping. We’ll do our best to contact the shipping company in order to pursue reimbursement/replacement.
